At Elixir Health + Longevity, we are committed to maintaining clear and transparent business policies. Due to the nature of our services, products, scheduling, preparation, and wellness-related offerings, all sales are final.
By purchasing products, booking services, enrolling in memberships, or otherwise making a payment to Elixir Health + Longevity, you acknowledge and agree to the following Refund Policy.
NO REFUNDS
All payments made to Elixir Health + Longevity are non-refundable.
This includes, but is not limited to:

IV therapy services

wellness injections
-
mobile wellness services

consultations
-
memberships
-
deposits
-
packages

online purchases

retail products
-
wellness-related products
-
provider-connected or pharmacy-related purchases

administrative or processing fees
Once a payment has been submitted, processed, authorized, or charged, it is considered final and non-refundable.
NO REFUNDS FOR UNUSED SERVICES OR MISSED APPOINTMENTS
No refunds will be issued for:

missed appointments
-
no-shows
-
late arrivals
-
unused sessions
-
partially used packages
-
unused membership benefits
-
unused account credits
-
canceled services outside of the permitted cancellation window

failure to complete required forms, screening, or eligibility requirements in time for service
Clients are responsible for attending scheduled appointments and complying with all pre-service requirements.
NO REFUNDS FOR MEMBERSHIPS
All membership payments are final and non-refundable.
This includes:

monthly membership fees
-
recurring membership charges
-
unused membership credits
-
unused discounts or benefits
-
canceled memberships after billing
Membership fees are not refundable in whole or in part for any reason.
NO REFUNDS FOR PRODUCTS
All product sales are final.
No refunds, returns, or exchanges will be issued for products purchased through Elixir Health + Longevity, including but not limited to:

wellness-related products
-
retail items
-
supplements
-
skincare or personal care items
-
specialty products
-
provider-connected or third-party fulfilled products
Products that have been processed, prepared, fulfilled, shipped, delivered, opened, or otherwise handled are not eligible for refund or return.
NO REFUNDS FOR PROVIDER / PHARMACY / THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
Certain products or services may involve third-party providers, pharmacies, laboratories, vendors, or fulfillment partners.
Elixir Health + Longevity is not responsible for issuing refunds related to:

provider review outcomes

prescription decisions
-
pharmacy processing
-
shipping delays
-
fulfillment timelines
-
third-party service limitations or outcomes
Once an order, request, or service has entered provider, pharmacy, or third-party processing, it is considered final and non-refundable.
NO GUARANTEE OF RESULTS
Elixir Health + Longevity makes no guarantee regarding:

treatment outcomes
-
symptom improvement
-
physical results
-
appearance changes
-
product effectiveness
-
individual response to services or products
Dissatisfaction with results, personal expectations, or changes in preference do not qualify for a refund.
CHARGEBACKS & PAYMENT DISPUTES
By making a purchase through Elixir Health + Longevity, you agree not to initiate improper or fraudulent chargebacks or payment disputes for services, products, memberships, or purchases that were knowingly authorized.
Improper chargebacks or payment disputes may result in:

refusal of future services
-
cancellation of memberships or access
-
collections activity
-
legal action where appropriate
-
recovery of administrative fees, processing fees, and collection costs
Elixir Health + Longevity reserves all rights to dispute chargebacks and recover funds owed.
EXCEPTIONS
Refunds will not be granted except where required by applicable law or where Elixir Health + Longevity determines, at its sole discretion, that a specific exception is appropriate.
Any exception made in one instance does not create an obligation to issue refunds in future situations.
POLICY ACKNOWLEDGMENT
By booking, purchasing, enrolling, or making payment through Elixir Health + Longevity, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Refund Policy.
