Cancellation Policy
Appointments may be canceled or rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice and no-shows may result in a fee or forfeiture of deposit/prepaid service. Membership payments are non-refundable. Clients must complete all required intake forms, consent forms, and medical screening prior to treatment. All services are subject to provider approval, availability, and medical eligibility. Late arrivals may result in reduced treatment time or rescheduling.
